  • Candidates for the award are required to be administered in the public sector
  • You must conclude at least 24 months of continuous public service since your final program studies.
  • Applicants are required to have concluded studies with a bachelor’s program at a minimum of upper second-class honors level.
  • Ph.D. candidates are required to have an applicable Master’s course.
  • You are not required to be above 35 years of age at the period of the request.

Application

Qualified candidates are required to present their applications making use of the online portal. To make an application, you are required to observe the following processes:
